Poured, there is a vivid almost inescapable literal aroma. Rhubarb and Ginger. Sitting in a glass, it settles a bit though the aroma remains generally sweet with some gin undertones.

Gin Mare - 25ml
Mediterranean gin distilled in a thirteenth century chapel in an ancient fishing village where every bottle is unique as every year the star product, arbequina olive, changes acidity. Pink 47 - 25ml
Pink 47 is a fine London Dry gin made from Italian juniper berries. It includes some exotic botanicals too with two different types of angelica and two different corianders. Lavish. There's also Spanish citrus fruits and almonds and a touch of West African nutmeg. One of a selection of tasty drinks released as part of the Diamond Spirits Range.

Malfy Gin Rosa - 25ml
This ace Italian gin is built around the awesomeness of Sicilian pink grapefruit, and features a hint of rhubarb too. This should make for some incredible summer drinks. We're particularly fond of this one in a Gin Fizz, but it makes a marvellous Martini, too!

Whitley Neill Blood Orange -25ml
A blood orange-themed variation of the Whitley Neill Gin recipe! Featuring a generous helping of Sicilian blood orange at its core, this one will really stand out in cocktails and mixed drinks (we reckon it'll probably make a great gintonica, with the balloon glass and fresh fruit garnish and everything...).
£4
Deaths Door - 25ml
A fantastic American gin for all your Martini needs. Death's Door Gin is made with a base spirit of wheat from Washington Island and malted barley from Wisconsin, as well as a small selection of botanicals (juniper, coriander and fennel), and is bottled at a robust 47% ABV.

Gold 999.9 - 25ml
Sadly, the bottle of Gold 999.9 is not made out of gold, but that shouldn’t stop you from trying out this French gin.It uses botanicals that range from traditional to anything but.
