An extraordinary award-winning gin, made using the traditional method of Cold Compounding (or in layman’s terms – infusing). Very high quality copper pot-still spirit is infused with ingredients including juniper, orange peel, coriander, cassia, cloves and cardamom, with the length of the compounding period controlled entirely by periodic sampling.

Mediterranean gin distilled in a thirteenth century chapel in an ancient fishing village where every bottle is unique as every year the star product, arbequina olive, changes acidity. Pink 47 is a fine London Dry gin made from Italian juniper berries. It includes some exotic botanicals too with two different types of angelica and two different corianders. Lavish. Sadly, the bottle of Gold 999.9 is not made out of gold, but that shouldn’t stop you from trying out this French gin.It uses botanicals that range from traditional to anything but. It does use classics like juniper, coriander, and angelica root, but it also brings into the mix almond, cassia bark, gentian violet, poppy, vanilla, and tangerine.
